Many times the color of the laser mark can be controlled by changing power, and/or frequency, combined with the speed of the laser beam. In this case the UV laser setting are established to create a black mark on the red plastic surface, the laser marking can be used for product identification critical to consumers or for information critical during the production cycle to plant employees along with a host of other potentials.
The UV laser marking is again accomplished without any additives or inks and is environmentally friendly and very cost effective as all supplies, solvents, cleaners, and associated down time for maintenance are eliminated, the laser systems do not require any of these items. 1. Application : Si wafer scribing, thickness 100um~400um,no matter for scribing time, for R&D application.
2. Your recomendation for laser? and rough range of price?
