Laser cutting Kapton with the LP9000U UV 355nm laser is the best possible method of completing the job.

The only real alternative is a stamping machine and that would be hard, considering the 20 um spacing between the 100 um slots at the bottom of the part.

A CO2 laser would destroy too much material between the 100 um slots.
Also, with a stamping machine every time anything is changed on the part, an entire new stamp is required. With the LP9000U UV 355nm laser, all that is required is a simple art work change in the computer.
